C. O. R. D. A. of Puerto Rico, Inc. is a non profit institution dedicated to the orientation and rehabilitation of drug addicts, alcoholics and home less individuals since the past 32 years within the entire jurisdiction of the commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Our institution was create 1969 and was given to the task of rescuing the drug addicts and alcoholics to offer them the proper treatment and in-home care for their total rehabilitation. Our center is located in the following physical address.
